Please note that the info below is applicable for TORQ events at Ruby Skye only. Special TORQ events elsewhere may have different policies.

Dress code

Ruby Skye is a world-renowned nightlife destination known for bringing out the most fashion forward clubbers around… so dress to impress!
NOT ALLOWED: Shorts, baggy pants, baseball caps, sports attire (jerseys), flip flops or backpacks.
OKAY: T-shirts, non-baggy jeans, sneakers, and purses.
Dress code will be strictly enforced so don’t risk getting turned away.
There is a coat check for permitted items only. You may check purses.
NOTE: The above are Ruby Skye’s policies so we cannot make any exceptions at the door.

Discounted pre-sales are available online at Ticketweb.
Tickets at the door are $20+ so online pre-sales are encouraged.
Please bring your printed pre-sale for quicker entry.
For sold out shows, there are usually a limited number of tickets available at the Ruby Skye box office the night of the show, but early arrival is highly recommended.

Unless otherwise noted, TORQ events are 18+.
ACCEPTED: Valid government-issued non-expired identification with photo. Non-expired passports are okay.
NOT ACCEPTED: Birth certificates, photo copies, temporary DMV print-outs, student IDs, expired IDs or any combinations of such.
Fake IDs will be spotted and may be confiscated.
Guests age 21+ have exclusive access to the upstairs mezzanine area with full bars plus the normally VIP-only tables and couches.
NOTE: The above are Ruby Skye’s policies so we cannot make any exceptions at the door.

Excessively intoxicated guests (you know, the ones that can’t even stand straight while in line) may be refused entry by Ruby Skye security and will not have their tickets refunded. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.

Unfortunately, Ruby Skye policy does not allow re-entry / in-and-outs on 18+ events.

TORQ shows at Ruby Skye run from 9pm to 2am OR LATER. If the club is still rockin’ we’ll let the headliner play as long as they want.
Headliners usually play around 12 midnight
On double headliner nights, the first headliner usually plays 11:30pm.

There are several pay parking structures (open 24 hours) within a couple blocks of Ruby Skye.
Street parking might be easy if you show up early, but make sure to check street signs; some streets have street cleaning at 2am.

Double-check that your chosen form of public transportation runs late.
